Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for non personalised overlays and accessories purchased through our online store.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an eligible item. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Personalised items, made to order pieces, and wedding dresses are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and unaltered
  • be returned in its original condition
  • include all original packaging
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

  • arranging the return shipment
  • covering all return shipping costs
  • ensuring the item is safely packaged

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Personalised and Made to Order Items

Items that are personalised, custom made, or altered specifically for the customer are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
