Wedding dresses are not sold through this website.

Products Available Online

Our online store offers a curated selection of overlays and accessories, such as sleeves, capes, and veils.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided with care. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in screen displays.

Made to Order and Personalised Items

Some overlays and accessories may be made to order or personalised.

Personalised items include, but are not limited to:

  • custom measurements

  • personalised embroidery

  • custom lace or design details

Personalised and made to order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified unless agreed in writing.

Returns and Exchanges

Only non personalised overlays and accessories are eligible for return.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • the item is unused and unaltered

  • the item is returned in its original condition

  • the return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Personalised items, made to order pieces, and wedding dresses are not eligible for return.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and destination.

AMENA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by local authorities.
