Made to Order Policy

All Amena wedding dresses are made to order, created individually for each bride.

Each piece is developed specifically for the client, according to her measurements, chosen design, and any personalised details discussed during the process. Because every dress is made especially for one person, we do not hold stock of finished wedding dresses.

Orders and Deposits

To confirm and reserve a wedding dress, a 50 percent deposit is required.

This deposit secures the order, the production slot, and the time dedicated to the creation of the dress. Once the order is confirmed, work begins specifically for that client.

For this reason, the deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

Overlays and Non Personalised Items

The only items eligible for return are non personalised overlays or accessories that are not made to order.

These items may be returned when purchased either through our online store or in our physical store, provided they are:

  • Unused
  • Clean / No makeup 
  • Unaltered
  • Returned within the agreed return period

Personalised overlays or custom pieces are not eligible for return.
